Alocasia Jacklyn in 6 cm pot

Sometimes called the Alocasia tandurusa or the Alocasia sulawesli.  Native to Indonesia.

Deeply lobed, black veined and textured green leaves with an almost Jurassic appearance.  Striped stems rather like the Zebrina.   Steadily growing in popularity among plant enthusiasts.

The Alocasia Jacklyn would rather completely dry out between watering than to be over watered.  Ideally, you would wait for the top of the soil to be completely dry and then water.  Preferring bright, indirect light, warmth and humidity.
