Anthurium Veitchii in 10 cm pot

Often called the King Anthurium.  Native to the Jungles of Columbia.

Still considered relatively rare the Anthurium Veitchii is known for its long, deeply ribbed, leathery, pendulous leaves. Reaching lengths of between 1 and 2 metres when fully mature this wonderful specimen needs very little in the way introduction! 

Preferring bright, indirect light.  Avoid direct sunlight as this can scorch the leaves. The King Anthurium prefers the soil to be kept evenly moist, but never waterlogged!  Anthurium veitchii grows best with temperatures between 60° to 80° and humidity between 50% and 60%.
