Coleus spacecake in 6 cm pot

Also known as the Lil' Painted Nettle.  Native to Southeast Asia.

This beautifully vibrant little plant boasts bright avocado green, serrated leaves with buttercup yellow centres and cerise, pink veining on square stems.  Simply adorable!

Preferring bright, indirect light.  Not enough light will cause those beautiful leaf markings to fade and eventually the leaves will drop.   Keep the plant consistently moist but avoid getting water on the leaves and do not allow the plant to sit in water for prolonged periods as this will cause the roots to rot.  They love humidity so this makes them the perfect candidate for terrariums.
