Philodendron Choco Red in 12 cm pot

Scientific name; Philodendron  rubrijuvenile.  Commonly known as El Choco Red. Native to Ecuador.

The Philodendron 'El Choco Red' is a striking houseplant known for its large, heart-shaped, velvety leaves that are green on top with creamy-green veins and vibrant red on the underside. These leaves are particularly eye-catching, especially when new growth emerges with a reddish hue.

Preferring a warm and humid spot in bright, indirect light.

Water when the top of the soil begins to dry and avoid over watering as this will cause the roots to rot. The Choco red likes high humidity of 60% or more.
